·       Managing the project and leading the work team.

·       Preparing a work plan and determining the fields of
     study and supervision.

·       Reviewing the proposals and adoption of the final
     version for developing project management and its
     subsidiary sections.

·       Proposing ideal solutions to current and future
     problems to guarantee the quality of work within the
     range of budget.

·       Studying the different contracts of the projects’
     contractors and ensuring implementation of the
     contractual obligations of contractors.

·       Following up and coordinating the execution of
     contractors according to the schedule of work
     completion and according to remarks and repairs.

·       Following up the final stage of execution and the
     extradition procedures for projects.

·      Following up and developing the management of
     maintenance and operations for facilities

Doctorate in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a minimum experience of 15 years in management of projects and PMP Certificate, and membership not less than 7 years at one of the international associations of project management, and experience not less than 10 years in similar projects.
